How to export from your phone
- QuickBooks Online app or browser: Reports → Bill Payment List (or Transaction List by Vendor) → Export to Excel. Vendor list: Expenses → Vendors → Export.
- Xero: Reports → Payable Invoice Detail → Export → Excel. Contacts → Suppliers → Export.
- Delete any bank account number columns before sending.
